It’s canyon is the second deepest in the world and the water is so pure that is drinkable! Tara rafting is the most frequent event in the Alfa rafting calendar, and the service that we can provide is rightfully the best! We offer you the best accommodation, the best food, complete transportation services from Belgrade to Scepan polje and back, local transport, all fees paid, the best equipment and guides. All you need to take with you is your swimsuit and the rest is up to us! On the river Tara the downriver section is always from Brstanovica to Scepan polje, a 14 km long section that has 21 rapids of 52 that Tara has in total. The arrangements that we offer can include one or two overnight stays, that is going down the river Tara once or two times. If you would like to go by your own transportation, contact our organizer to inquire for how much the price of the arrangement can be reduced. If you would like to try out faster and more exciting downriver rafting, then May and June are the right time for you, and if you are more for slower and easier option you should choose the July and August as the time for your adventure. It is a special experience being under the Sipcanica stream that has a constant temperature of +5ºC, which has always been a place to see and visit for all the Tara rafters. Overnight stay at the river Tara is in the bungalows that you can see below, and each bungalow has two bathrooms with hot water. When it comes to food, you can always choose from the various dishes that your host has to offer you.

We have provided a complete service for you which includes transportation from Belgrade, full rafting equipment and the guide services, then the overnight stay at the best accommodation at the river Tara and the allure of the traditional cuisine. Saturday Sunday The price of this arrangement is 92€. The price includes: the transportation, full rafting equipment (boat rafts, paddles, helmets, life vests, wet suites and footwear) as well as the guide services, accommodation, fees, and three meals.
You should use all the conveniences of the river Ibar in the spring and go with Alpha Team on Ibar rafting. Ibar is the nearest to Belgrade, and the starting point, Usce, is only 200 km away. The river section is 24 km long, from Usce to Maglic, and the water level in April is such that it can be passed in 90 minutes. A two-day adventure on Ibar includes a visit to the monastery of Studenica where Stefan Nemanja, Grand Prince of the medieval Serb state of Raska, was buried. After that, we’ll take you to see Maglic, a XIII century fortress in the Ibar gorge. Beside the rafting you will be able to enjoy the delicious local cuisine and homemade brandy. Believe me when I say there’s nothing better than roasted meat, homemade corn bread, cheese and cream after spending the entire day white water rafting.
This traditional Alpha rafting tour always brings smiles to people’s faces, although nobody likes to get up so early. The adventure starts at dawn, and ends in the evening. We can organize for you a one-day rafting event with the full equipment, transportation and lunch. The price for this arrangement is 47€. The price includes: the transportation Belgrade- Usce- Belgrade, full rafting equipment (boat rafts, paddles, life vests, helmets, wetsuits and footwear), guide services and lunch.
Lim rafting
Lim springs up from the lake of Plav and provides three totally different days of rafting adventures. The first day of rafting, from Plav to Murine (10 km) or from Plav to Berane (24 km) is, according to our humble opinion, the best river section for rafting in the Balkans. The river is mostly narrow, full of rocks and branches leaning over the water. A single moment of carelessness can throw you out of the boat raft. The second day of rafting begins at Berane and ends at Ribarevina. On a second day, we are passing through the longest and the strongest rapids in the Balkans- Tifran. What is so special about that section of the river is the fact that its river bed is full of rocks and boulders that have fallen (in the most “convenient” manner for the rafters) during the construction of the local highway Bijelo polje- Plav. At the end of the second day, we are organizing body-rafting under the bridge at Ribarevina, which is a very special attraction for all fellow rafters. On the third day, we are passing through the beautiful gorge of Kumanica and we end our rafting adventure at Brodarevo. During this rafting adventure, you are able to visit Kumanica, one of the three Orthodox monasteries that are said to have healing powers, which is situated on the border between Serbia and Montenegro. The Lim rafting adventure includes two overnight stays, where one is at the board house in Berane and the other is in the mountain lodge in Sopotnica at the height of a 1000 m, near by the incredible waterfalls of the river Sopotnica.

Thursday Friday Satruday Sunday “Veseli spust” (Jolly descend) “Veseli spust” is an event that has been held successfully for 20 years on the river Ibar with the great number of participants. The main features of this event are thousands of people on the river, the trumpet players, roasted pork and lamb, positive energy, going down the river on the improvised rafts made of anything that can float. It is the event that is always carefully planned and we are proud to be a part of it and each year more and more people are participating. It can attract even 10.000 people and it will be held no matter if it’s 40ºC or if it is raining. Rafting club “Alpha team” has participated in this event since 2004, and you can check out the photos from the previous events to get the feeling of it all.
